Cannabis plants discovered at a residential property and removed by Leicestershire Police left a trail of odour.
Several large bin bags of plants were seen being taken from the house on Park Road, Loughborough on Thursday afternoon (June 8) and put in the back of police vans.
There was a strong smell from the discovery noticed by passing members of the public as traffic controls were put in place and vehicle recovery pick – up trucks pulled up onto the driveway. Forensic police officers were removing and storing other evidence.

The next day Severn Trent Water attended the house where a smashed side door used to enter was later repaired. A car parked in the driveway was removed.
Charnwood News awaits further details from Leicestershire Police.
